I'm a hands-on SRE and platform engineering leader with 11+ years of experience in the telecom and ISP industry. My career has taken me from configuring enterprise gateways in Manitoba to leading observability and service assurance for a national core network spanning coast to coast.
Today at Xplore Inc., I lead the SRE Observability & Platform Engineering program — defining SLIs/SLOs, building dashboards, tuning alerts, driving incident readiness, and mentoring teams through complex troubleshooting across MPLS, DWDM, fixed wireless, and 5G core platforms.
